I am looking for anybody that might have met my father in Vietnam. Federico G Castillo, passed away in 1968 in his hometown of Fabesn Tx. I just want to learn about his time in Vietnam. I have not information on his company, I just know that he was Airborne, I remember the wings with a parachute in the middle also a rifle with leave around. I was told that he left the military for medical reasons and he received two purple heart medals.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY BROTHERS AND THEIR FAMILIES, WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT WHEN TREE AND MYSELF FIRST CONTACTED EACH OTHER BACK IN 1999 THAT IT WOULD EVOLVE INTO SUCH A MASS HEALING PROCESS FOR ALL CONCERNED? Wanted to touch base and wish you all a happy , healthy and peaceful New Year. Narcisco Reyes and his wife paid us a visit the weekend before Christmas......Had a great time, so glad to be reconnected with him.....Lonnie, your post touched me, I feel the same way you do. It's great to have friends like the guys we served with, even if we are not in touch all the time, near and far, we are still the best of friends, THE BEST.... Happy New Year.....Eric
